KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8 while the breakfast bar has seating for 2 and includes all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the modern pool and an outdoor patio featuring a propane BBQ and hot tub. Disclaimer: the pool is outdoors some foliage in the pool is unavoidable. This place was amazing! We had 8 girls and felt right at home. So much space and beds for everyone. The backyard was beautiful and so lovely to have the pool. The whole place was spotless. Such a lovely modern space. We had everything we needed!

Traveled with a group of friends and had plenty of space to accommodate us all. The place looks exactly like the photos! Very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Location was perfect — 5 minutes from the design district and 20ish minutes from the beach depending on traffic. Nelson was very responsive and had many recommendations on places to go which we appreciated. Thanks Nelson!
